The work
- Electrical-engineering feasibility and preliminary design for up to ten customer sites in the utility's territory.
- Evaluate site conditions, develop project packages and support customer participation agreements. Battery installation is a later phase.
Before you pursue it
- The proposer must have California electrical-engineering licensure in good standing and at least six completed commercial/industrial solar PV and battery feasibility/design packages in the last five years. The RFQ/P also requires relevant EPC, customer coordination and PG&E Rule 21 experience.
- Submit the signed qualifications and proposal package as a PDF using the RFQ/P's email submission instructions.
- No mandatory pre-bid meeting was identified in the reviewed RFQ/P. Check the issuer's page for question responses and amendments.
